Afribridge Academy was founded by Nigerian parents and educators who saw the same worry repeated across the diaspora: children drifting academically, and families unsure who to trust with their education.
We began in 2019 with four tutors in Lagos and eleven families in London. Today we teach children across twelve countries, from Reception phonics to GCSE revision clinics — all live, all one-to-one, all aligned to the curriculum your child is actually examined on.
Our tutors are qualified Nigerian educators with classroom careers behind them, not students earning pocket money. They are interviewed, subject-tested, reference-checked and background-screened, then trained on the UK curriculum before their first lesson. Parents get a named tutor, a fixed weekly slot and a written report every month.
