1. About these terms
These terms apply to all tutoring services provided by Afribridge Academy to parents and legal guardians who enrol a child through this website.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include the lessons, marked homework and progress reports described on the pricing page. Optional extracurricular activities are charged per activity, per month.
3. Lessons and scheduling
Lesson times are agreed with you after enrolment and take account of your time zone. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, cannot normally be replaced.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your billing page or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future payments; the month already paid for continues to the end of its period.
5. Conduct and safeguarding
Lessons are one-to-one and delivered online by vetted tutors. We ask that a parent or guardian is contactable during lessons for children under 13. We may end a subscription where behaviour makes teaching unsafe or unworkable.
