Refund Policy
Before lessons begin
If you change your mind before your child's first lesson has taken place, email us within 14 days of payment and we will refund that month in full.
Once lessons have started
The month already paid for is not refundable, because tutors and lesson slots are reserved for your child. You can cancel at any time to stop future payments, and lessons continue to the end of the paid month.
Lessons missed by us
If a tutor cannot attend, the lesson is rescheduled at no cost. Where that is not possible we credit the lesson to your next month or refund it on request.
How to request a refund
Email Afribridge718@gmail.com with your child's name and your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original card within 5–10 working days.
